First released in 1965, We Go Together marked the Royal Jesters’ debut and remains a cornerstone of San Antonio’s “West Side Sound.” With Henry Hernandez, Oscar Lawson Jr., and Louie Escalante at the helm, the group blended Doo-Wop, Soul, and R&B into a uniquely Chicano expression.
Sixty years later, the album returns in its first official reissue, newly remastered by Grammy-winning engineer Michael Graves at Osiris Studio in Los Angeles and expanded with two bonus tracks: “Wisdom of a Fool” and “My Love, My Love.”
